LeavingLV.net strives to promote awareness of and preserve Las Vegas' historic sites. Our city has a short history making it of utmost importance to save our culture and our story for future generations. Long before the continuing manhattanization of the the city, there was much more to our story than condos and glorified circus acts. Las Vegas has a very rich and sordid past that is still within reach. With each implosion and demolition, we lose a piece of our story and an intricate part of our history. We wish to preserve these things through photographs and stories, and create an awareness that these places are worth saving, and the memories are worth preserving!
